Unfortunately, due to the corona virus development, I am sorry to inform you that we need to cancel the 2nd Schengen Youth Championship planned for May 8-10, 2020.
After numerous conversations with partners and a Youth Hostel management we are forced to cancel this event due to the dramatic spread of the virus. It's a big pity, especially since the festival's organizing team has already done a lot of preparation work and financial engagement.
We offer a refund to all participants who have already paid the money (please provide your bank account number to which we could do the money transfer).
As agreed with the Youth Hostel Echternach, we already have a reservation for the next year Schengen Youth Championship for the period between 07.05.-09.05.2021.

Sehr geehrte Schachfreunde!
Nach zahlreichen Gesprächen mit Partnern und dem Youth Hostel sind wir gezwungen, dieses Ereignis aufgrund der dramatischen Verbreitung des Virus abzusagen.
Es ist sehr schade, zumal das Organisationsteam des Festivals bereits viel Vorbereitungsarbeit und finanzielles Engagement geleistet hat.
Wir bieten allen Teilnehmern, die das Geld bereits bezahlt haben, eine Rückerstattung an (Bitte geben Sie Ihre Bankkontonummer an, auf die wir die Überweisung durchführen können).
Wie mit dem Youth Hostel Echternach vereinbart, haben wir bereits eine Reservierung für das Schengen Jugendmeisterschaft im nächsten Jahr für den Zeitraum zwischen 07.05.-09.05.2021.

Drodzy przyjaciele szachów!
Niestety, z powodu rozwoju wirusa korony, z przykrością informuję, że musimy odwołać II Mistrzostwa Młodzieży Schengen zaplanowane na 8-10 maja 2020 r.
Po licznych rozmowach z partnerami i zarządem Youth Hostel jesteśmy zmuszeni anulować to wydarzenie z powodu dramatycznego rozprzestrzeniania się wirusa.
Wielka szkoda, zwłaszcza że zespół organizujący festiwal wykonał już wiele prac przygotowawczych i zaangażowania finansowego.
Oferujemy zwrot pieniędzy wszystkim uczestnikom, którzy już zapłacili pieniądze (proszę podać numer konta bankowego, na który możemy dokonać przelewu).
Zgodnie z ustaleniami z Youth Hostel Echternach mamy już rezerwację na Mistrzostwa Młodzieży Schengen w przyszłym roku na okres od 07.05. do 09.05.2021.
